  1. Can I cancel my booking ?

Booking and Cancellation

  • 12 hours in advance for confirmation and cancellation at booking@ground-business.com CALL +66 2 821 5991 ( 24hrs)
  • All cancellations or booking amendment requests on site MUST be submitted in writing by email only.
  • We don’t recommend any cancellation or booking amendment request by phone (please follow by email)
  • Cancellations are ONLY valid if you received an email from us confirming your request
  • Last min cancellation ( less than 12 hrs ) or No Show will be 50% cancellation charge

Driver

Our experienced drivers are dedicated to each assignment.
Reports are recorded for your references ( if you want to).
We guarantee English Speaking Driver for our service.
Alternative language driver can be booked in advance

Type of Vehicle

  • Economy Class is Toyota Altis or Camry previous model or similar
  • Premium Japanese Sedan is Japanese Luxury Limousine such as Toyota New Camry or similar
  • Business Class is Mercedes E-Class or BMW 5 Series or similar
  • First Class is Mercedes Benz S Class or BMW 7 Series
  • Luxury VAN is Toyota Alphard or Volk Caravelle, Benz VITO similar
  • Normal VAN is Toyota Commutor

Sedan Service Information

  • The Sedan accommodates up to 3 passengers.//2 standard-size bags and 2 carry-on bags are allowed per car
  • Baby seat is available free of charge for 1st child. Additional charge 300 Bht/booking; please request upon reservation confirmation.
  • Sedan is unable to accommodate Wheelchair, please request to upgrade to be VAN upon reservation
  • Additional and overweight baggage (such as surfboards, bicycles, etc.) , please request to upgrade to be VAN upon reservation

Service Details

  • Nett rates are all inclusive of First Class insurance, Fuel, Mileage and Driver charges, tolls (if any) and in Thai Baht
  • For Arrival, Please see your name on sign board hold by our staff, 2 hours waiting time shall be applied for all arrivals
  • For Departure, we can wait up to 15 mins, after that will be charged hourly rate basis
  • For any urgent matter, please call us via CALL +66 2 821 5991 ( 24hrs)
  • GB will be responsible for all flight delayed / early / canclled without prior noticed from airline (no charge for these cases)
  • During the ride, 15 mins stop over is allowed for restroom, pharmacy or any urgent matters

  • For Travel Agent and Corporates please contact our sales department for official proposal and request for the credit term application form,

  • For individual customer , we welcome all major credit card which terms and condition apply

Cancellation Policy

  • 7% transaction fee will be applied for cancellation 
  • No show charge , no refund will be applied for cancellation less than 24 hours
  • Only written cancellation notices by e-mail will be accepted
