Drivers and Qualifications

All our drivers shall be professional English speaking chauffeurs, must possess public driving licences with clean criminal record and with at least high school educational background. We requires its staff’s background to be verified by the National Police Bureau.

Training

Ground Business prides in conducting Training Class, so that working and handling standards of our drivers match the company’s high policy and standard requirements.

Our courses contain

Continuous “English for Limousine Drivers” conversation courses;
Customer Services and Behavioural Manners;
Defensive Driving;
Navigation and Map familiarity;
First Aid and Reactional Rescue;
Uniforms and Grooming Our drivers are in uniform

Professional English Speaking Driver Daily Service

Our service is 2500 Baht/10 hours/day, additional 250 Baht/hour
Overnight service plus additional charge at 1000 Baht/night
* Rate are in Thai Baht, net, all inclusive

Professional English Speaking Driver Monthly Service

1. The driver’s basic salary is 25,000 baht per month
2. Working days are Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 17.00
3. Working day overtime rates i.e. between 17.00 – 08.00 hours are at 100 baht/hour (in addition to salary)
4. Holidays are Saturdays, Sundays, and all Thai public and bank holidays. Holiday rate is 150 baht per hour (minimum charge 4 hours per day + driver transportation @ 400 Baht) (in addition to salary)
5. Free of charge for upcountry trip, accommodation and meals will be borne by employer
*Rate are in Thai Baht, net, all inclusive

LIMOUSINE SERVICE

Ground Business is comprised of the team who own car rental, buy and resell business .
It maintains a large fleet of new cars made by various
producers:
Mercedes-Benz (S-class and E-class), BMW (7-sereis and 5 series), Toyota-Camry, Nissan-Teana, Toyota-Commuter, Mercedes Vito , Volk Caravelle, Toyota Alphard Upon request, Ground Business can obtain any other or further model or car type ( based on business model).

Vehicle and Amenities Specifications: Each cars avails on:

  • GPS safety and positioning system

2.General Maintenance

We invest on daily basis checking and maintaining every vehicle. This not only benefits our passengers, but also saves us costs of maintenance in the future.

3.Compliance with local regulatory laws / safety standards

We take the law and its application very strictly. We take responsibility for all of
government fees and compliance with regulation. Any fines (if to be occurred) will be covered by us.

4.Cleanliness standard

We maintain a non-smoking policy in all our 0vehicles. We maintain strict regulation that drivers are not allowed to eat in the car or keep any food in them.
Our cars are cleaned by the drivers after every assignment and additionally go through washing and cleaning procedures during each night.

WHY IS IT A GREAT SERVICE?

The Airport Transfer is the most common area of service failure at foreign airports, and a source of stress and difficulty for travel bookers and travellers.
The Airport Transfer is typically the most dangerous part of a foreign trip, is often performed in an uninsured vehicle and is rarely performed under a fair and reasonable contract.
Discerning travellers, booking expensive hotels and premium air tickets, want a reliable and seamless car service too.
Business and frequent travellers like their arrangements to be in place and the driver waiting.
We use Zones, so there is no need to hunt for post codes or input detailed foreign addresses at the time of booking. Just select the hotel or destination’s zone and the rest of the booking flows from there.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Prices are per vehicle and are fully inclusive: there are no extra fees or tips payable.
The cost depends on the location, trip and vehicle used, and starts at less than 700 Baht.
Payment is normally collected from a credit card (or billed to an account) at the time of booking.

WHAT’S NORMALLY INCLUDED?

Customers are met by our Airport Representative ( for arrival airport transfer ) ,
driver holding a sign at meeting point. Drivers speak English, and are experienced and helpful.
Vehicles are comfortable and well maintained.
For arriving guests, services will be provided from the Airport to hotels or any
destinations instructed in advance by hotel reservation staff, or on spot instruction by guests.
Passengers will be met by our airport representatives at a designated meeting point ( Gate No.5 for BKK Airport ) and will be directed to their limousines.
Pick up on arrivals would most likely be 45 – 60 minutes after flight arrival bearing in mind the time taken for Customs and Immigration clearance.
For departing passengers, they will be picked-up, upon prior notice by hotel, from a hotel and transferred to theairport.
Pick-up times will consider distances, traffic conditions, travel time, and check-in
time-regulations, to bring the passengers comfortably and in time to the airport

WEDDING

We realize a wedding is among the most special days in a person ́s life and that having that perfect limousine on your wedding day is very important.
Limousine service is common practices include designer dresses, groomsmen
wearing tuxedos, elaborate invitations, beautiful flowers, fine dining and live music at a reception that follows the ceremony.

CHARTER SERVICE

Charter service are usually a sigh seeing of selected attractions in various locations.
This service are marketed individual guests who would like to go around town privately .
we calculate fare hourly or daily, prices depend on destinations and car types.

BACK-UP AND SERVICES ASSURANCE:

  • In case of an accident our rapid-reaction team will immediately reach the location of the emergency, make an incident evaluation, and transfer the passeimmediately to a replacement car;
  • In case of a mechanical breakdown of any of our cars, notice will be given by the driver to our dispatchers, and a replacement car will be sent immediately to up the passengers and complete the assignment; With our national networstations, we are able to provide replacement cars within 30-45 minutes;
